A concert at Winding River Music at the Park – Withlacoochee Gulf Preserve in Yankeetown, FL on Saturday, February 25with Ellen Stahl on Clawhammer Banjo. A dulcimer petting zoo and workshop completes the afternoon.

It was a VERY busy January and February 2023!! AND THEN… shoulder surgery, recovery time, and physical therapy…
Beginning in June, l’ll hit the ground running! Oh, the festivals that I’ve missed in March, April and May!!! Will McLean Festival, Barberville Spring Frolic, Florida Folk Festival, Gamble Rogers – I love teaching at these festivals, but needed to take care of my shoulder this time.
Sandy’s MusicGirl Scholarship was created to remember Sandy Greer Morrison (who passed away in March 2014) by helping girls develop music skills, creativity and self-esteem. SMG is based in Lake Wales Florida and serves girls from 6 to 19 years old in central Florida. SMG is directed by Sandy’s husband, Steve Morrison, and is supported by donations from people and organizations who are excited about the MusicGirl programs and mission. SMG is a program of the Lake Wales Arts Council, a 501c3 not-for-profit organization.
